Job summary

PatientPoint, LLC in the United States is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers, serving as a critical liaison between our Sales, Field Technicians and Clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient transition from sale to service, delivering a high-quality experience that sets the tone for long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing environments.
• End-to-end deployments across multiple sites, aligning client requirements, timelines and technical execution.
• Guiding client relationships through all deployment phases from pre-installation planning to go-live support.
• Strong in setting expectations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Experience in construction management, coordinating subcontractors and site readiness.
• Bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders; familiarity with ERP systems and hardware/software installations.
• Field site assessments and deployment logistics management, including installation readiness.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Direct experience in healthcare facility rollouts and construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic program and construction oversight for rollout activities, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Primary point of contact for new customer implementations, managing timelines and communications.
• Deliver tailored rollout strategies aligned with customer needs and resources.
• ERP and project coordination to maintain accurate tracking and execution.
• Supervise technicians and field teams for high-quality on-site installations.
• Act as SME for network infrastructure and requirements during deployments.
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges to minimize disruptions.
• Perform ad hoc on-site visits to assess infrastructure and site readiness.
