Job summary

HealthChannels is seeking a Director of Implementations to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for onboarding new clients and delivering with excellence. You will partner with clients to operationalize ROI models, design care-team solutions, and optimize workflows across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management in a fast-paced healthcare services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 12 weeks.
• 7+ years in implementation or onboarding, with 3+ years in a direct management role.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Strong ROI, value framework, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent coaching, collaboration, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of Project Managers across onboarding projects.
• Oversee client onboarding to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to operationalize ROI models and value drivers.
• Identify bottlenecks, refine frameworks, and escalate risks as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and messaging.
