HealthChannels is seeking a Director of Implementations to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for onboarding and implementing new clients. You will partner with clients to operationalize ROI models, translate value into daily workflows, and advise on care team design and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include coaching PMs, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Formación

• PMP certification required OR ability to obtain PMP within 12 weeks of job acceptance.
• 7+ years in implementation, customer onboarding, or technical professional services, with 3+ years in a direct management role.
• Experience in healthcare.
• Proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships and navigating complex, multi-site implementations.
• Strong financial and operational skill set; demonstrated ability to work with ROI models, value frameworks, and data-driven metrics.
• Exceptional coaching and team-building skills with a focus on relationships, accountability, and high-performance culture.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, process design, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Experience using Hubspot or other CRM and/or other project management tools.
• Must be located in the US, eastern or central US time zone preferred. Must have the ability to work with clients residing in all US time zones.
• Ability to travel to project locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Project Managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee all implementation projects to ensure timely, high-quality execution that drives high client satisfaction and smooth transitions to post-implementation teams.
• Collaborate directly with clients during onboarding to review ROI models and embed value drivers into workflows.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and refine implementation frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent messaging around platform value and capabilities.
