CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client implementations. You will lead planning, coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Responsibilities include developing project plans, assigning teams, tracking milestones, and coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, team assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Coach junior colleagues in current project management techniques and responsibilities.
