CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proven ability to deliver results across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships and delivery of healthcare products or implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and drive issues to resolution within timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, and establish milestones for the organization.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Direct individuals to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Coach junior colleagues in current project management techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
