Job summary

Protocol Behavioral Health is seeking a Manager, Implementation & Operations to act as the primary lead for new partner implementations, coordinating with clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful go-lives and steady-state operations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Operations, the role starts with project management support and evolves into owning implementations, with opportunities to drive broader operations initiatives as volume grows.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience owning implementations end to end.
• Healthcare implementation experience; SaaS implementation also considered with strong operational ownership.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, revenue cycle fundamentals, and provider behavior change.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and implementation technology.
• Proactive problem solver who drives conversations to resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and travel 20%-30%.
• Strong project management, templates, and playbooks; comfortable leading client meetings independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point person for new partner implementations — lead meetings, build and maintain project plans, coordinate technology setup end to end.
• Own up to two concurrent client implementations once ramped, including onsite support during launch and education/materials delivery oversight.
• Translate partnership structure and market nuances into an executable plan, anticipate risks and drive mitigation.
• Lead complex partner implementation conversations and drive issues to resolution.
• Own implementation outcomes and drive hard conversations when needed.
• Refine and iterate on implementation project management templates and playbooks.
• Balance implementation work with broader business operations projects and scale with volume.
