Job summary

Protocol Behavioral Health is seeking a Manager, Implementation & Operations to lead partner implementations from kickoff through go-live and into steady-state operations. You will work with clinical, operations, and technology teams to keep workstreams aligned and launches on track.

The role blends external partner management with internal execution, requiring proactive problem solving, ownership of outcomes, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience owning implementations end to end.
• Healthcare implementation experience preferred; SaaS ok with strong operational ownership.
• Understanding of clinic workflows, revenue cycle basics, and provider behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point person for new partner implementations and coordinate end-to-end technology setup.
• Own up to two concurrent client implementations once ramped, including onsite support at launch.
• Translate partnership structures into actionable implementation plans and mitigate risks.
• Lead complex implementation discussions and drive issues to resolution, not just track progress.
• Own implementation outcomes and elevate problems when needed, beyond task completion.
• Refine and iterate on implementation templates and playbooks.
• Balance implementation work with broader business operations initiatives as volume changes.
• Take ownership of select operations improvements, enhancing toolkits and cross-team processes.
