Job summary

Force Therapeutics LLC is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Lead to own multiple client implementations across hospitals, health systems, and orthopedic practices in the US. You’ll drive from kickoff through first patient live and hand off to Client Success.

You’ll mentor the Implementation Associate, build cross-functional plans, and ensure on-time delivery while leveraging Monday.com, Confluence, and AI tools to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience implementing SaaS or health tech platforms, preferably with hospitals, health systems, or specialty practices.
• Exposure to EMR integrations and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
• Proficient with project management platforms such as Monday.com and hands-on AI tools to automate tasks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing demands across multiple clients.
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable leading trainings for end users.
• Adaptable to complex environments while managing simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of simultaneous implementations from kickoff to first patient live and handoff to Client Success.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk flags; use Monday.com, Confluence, and Claude to organize workflows.
• Act as primary client contact, lead meetings, secure commitments, and drive on-time deliverables.
• Lead training sessions for end users and present updates to client leadership.
• Identify and contribute to initiatives for repeatability, playbooks, templates, and automation to ensure consistency.
