Job summary

CareHarmony, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Lead to join our customer experience team in the United States. You will own client implementations from kickoff to Go-Live, coordinating across sales, technology, clinical, operations, and client teams to ensure timely launches with exceptional customer experience and measurable value.

You will report to the Head of Implementation and have opportunities to grow as the team scales, driving adoption and process improvements across healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare technology, operations, implementation, or startup environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proven experience managing EHR/EMR integrations; alliance with clinical and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Lead as primary project manager coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Serve as the face of CareHarmony with CFOs, clinicians, and IT teams.
• Directly manage EHR/EMR integrations including requirements, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Lead training sessions to drive physician adoption and program socialization.
• Build and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones.
• Identify blockers early and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Develop scalable implementation processes and best practices as the company grows.
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve speed, quality, and client experience.

We are experiencing rapid growth and looking for a Implementation Lead to join our customer experience team and help us 10x our impact. This person will own client implementations from kickoff to Go-Live, working cross-functionally across our sales, technology, clinical, operations, and client teams to ensure programs launch on time with an exceptional customer experience, and deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end implementation projects, from client kickoff through go-live and stabilization
• Serve as the primary project leader, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders
• Serve as the face of CareHarmony with key customer stakeholders, from CFOs to clinical leads, physician champions, and IT.
• Directly manage EHR integrations, including requirements, dependencies, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness
• Lead training sessions while driving physician adoption, engagement, and organizational socialization of the program
• Build and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones
• Identify blockers early and drive cross-functional teams toward resolution
• Develop scalable implementation processes and best practices as the company grows
• Partner closely with leadership to continuously improve implementation speed, quality, and client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, implementation, project management, and/or startup environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
• Demonstrated experience directly managing EHR/EMR integrations
• Experience in population health, value-based care, care management is a plus
• High bias to action — you see a problem, take ownership, and drive it toward resolution
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and external client stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continuously evolving
