Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver complex programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client implementation and onboarding, guiding product configuration and setting priorities.
• Serve as primary client contact for implementation, collecting feedback and driving alignment.
• Coordinate with Delivery Team to complete product configuration and timelines for deliverables.
• Bridge multiple departments to reconcile priorities and maximize client satisfaction and project success.
• Involve PGForsta experts and ensure smooth handoff to post-implementation support.
• Identify risks and challenges and escalate to senior team members before they impact outcomes.
• Provide product overview and connect clients to training and education opportunities.
