Job summary

PatientPoint is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers, serving as a critical liaison between our Sales, Field Technicians and Clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from sale to service, delivering a high-quality experience that sets the tone for long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end deployments across multiple sites with client coordination.
• Proven ability to guide client relationships through all deployment phases from pre-installation to go-live.
• Strong skills in setting expectations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Strategic program and construction oversight for rollouts and facility readiness with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new customer implementations and communications.
• Deliver tailored rollout strategies aligned with customer needs and resources.
• Manage ERP systems and project plans to track execution and maintain accuracy.
• Supervise technicians and field teams for high-quality on-site installations.
• Act as SME for network infrastructure and configurations to support deployments.
• Identify and resolve technical/logistical challenges to maintain momentum.
• Conduct ad hoc on-site visits to assess infrastructure and readiness.
