Job summary

PatientPoint, LLC is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end installation and product implementation for all new customers. You will serve as a critical liaison between Sales, Field Technicians and Clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to service and delivering a high-quality experience that sets the tone for long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployments across multiple sites.
• Track record guiding client relationships through all deployment phases.
• Strong skills in setting expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Hands-on construction management experience with subcontractors and site readiness.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders; ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians and Clients to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.
• Provide strategic rollout direction and manage program milestones.
• Oversee technicians and field teams for on-site installations and issue resolution.
• Act as SME for network infrastructure and hardware/software configurations.
• Perform ad hoc on-site visits to assess infrastructure and gather requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to support successful go-lives in healthcare facilities.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
