Responsibilities

• Assist the Implementation team with onboarding activities and workflow tasks.
• Enter client information, maintain project documentation, and support expansion activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Enrollment, Claims, and Customer Service to set up client plans.
• Update internal documentation and distribute tracking reports.
• Support renewal, termination, and task tracking using Jira.
