Job summary

Reflect Health, the evolution of S&S Health, is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to support client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation in a self-funded/TPA environment. You will assist the Implementation team with workflow tasks, data entry, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across Operations, IT, Enrollment, Claims, and Customer Service.

Candidates should have experience in coordinator or project support roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinator support, administrative, or project coordination roles.
• Exposure to healthcare or benefit administration is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare benefits or third-party administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding Support: Assist the Implementation team with new client onboarding activities, including creating and updating workflow tasks, entering group information into internal systems, maintaining project documentation, and completing assigned implementation activities for expansion and Tier 1 business.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Operations, IT, Enrollment, Claims, and Customer Service to support accurate setup and configuration of client benefit plans and ensure assigned implementation activities are completed accurately and timely.
• Documentation and Reporting Support: Help maintain client overviews, update internal documentation, and distribute tracking reports. Share updates with team members and stakeholders as needed to support implementation activities.
• Administrative Coordination: Support renewal, termination, and project-assignment activities by helping organize implementation tasks, update project records, and assist with tracking work in tools such as Jira.
• Project Assistance: Track assigned implementation activities and deadlines, communicate status updates, and bring potential issues or delays to the attention of the Implementation team.
