Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking an Affiliate Operations Coordinator for the Bronx Region to support HR tasks, onboarding, CME tracking, and file compliance. The role involves maintaining employee records in HRIS, conducting audits, and coordinating calendars and meetings.

Candidate should have 2–4 years of healthcare experience, associate degree preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

• On-site, in-office presence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with onboarding and CME credits tracking; upload documents to HRIS.
• Conduct frequent file audits for compliance and missing documents; support audits.
• Maintain detailed calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare correspondence and reports.
• Take meeting minutes; manage conference room scheduling and related logistics.
• Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
