Job summary

Towne Park, contracted with Baylor Scott & White, seeks a Visitor Management Concierge to greet patients and visitors at hospital entrances in a friendly, efficient manner, ensuring a safe, welcoming experience.

This in-person role involves collaborating with Public Safety, monitoring screening equipment, issuing badges, and entering visitor data with HIPAA compliance, while remaining calm under pressure and providing directions as needed.

Qualifications

• Related customer service experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Arrive and check-in all visitors and patients, providing visible badges.
• Enter visitor information into the hospital database with HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor screening equipment and follow Public Safety workflows.
• Report suspicious activity to Public Safety.
• Assist patients and visitors with inquiries and directions.
