Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas is seeking a Guest Services Concierge to assist guests and patients across the hospital campus. This role requires extensive walking, patient escorting, wheelchair assistance, and friendly, professional service to visitors.

You'll greet people, provide directions to amenities, refer concerns to the supervisor, and help with arrivals, departures, and transportation needs while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to navigate a hospital campus and assist patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, families and visitors in a friendly professional manner.
• Answers questions and lists local amenities.
• Identifies and reports visitors needs; resolves issues or escalates.
• Provides escorts for patients and visitors to hospital areas.
• Maintains standards of customer service excellence.
• Maintains current information regarding facilities, services and local restaurants and attractions.
• Cleans and reports status of assigned equipment; maintains lobby cleanliness.
