• Meet growth goals for the facility by directly engaging with the public and referral sources.
• Prepare development plans and conduct calls and presentations to potential referral sources.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with other facilities, insurers, and hospitals.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
