Job summary

AltaMed Health Services seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead and optimize front office operations across multiple AltaMed sites, ensuring efficient patient flow and service quality.

The role partners with Administrative & Medical leadership to standardize processes, improve patient experience, and drive cost-effective operations while maintaining excellent customer service. Bilingual abilities and a valid BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience in a customer-facing organization.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front office operations across AltaMed sites.
• Develop and implement standardized Front Office processes and protocols.
• Standardize patient care workflows in partnership with Administrative & Medical leadership.
• Communicate project progress and process improvements to leadership.
• Collaborate with Center Managers and Manager of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient experience.
