AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead front office operations across sites and uplift patient experience.

You will partner with Administrative & Medical leadership to standardize processes, implement cost-effective systems, and drive quality service. The role requires healthcare experience, supervisory background, and strong bilingual communication with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Healthcare experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience in customer facing organization required.

Responsabilités

• Lead front office operations across AltaMed sites and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Partner with Administrative & Medical leadership to standardize processes.
• Develop and implement standardized Front Office operations, policies and procedures.
• Communicate with leadership on process improvement projects to enhance patient experience.
