Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead front desk operations across AltaMed sites in Anaheim, CA. The role develops standardized processes and partners with Administrative & Medical leadership to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.

The supervisor will drive quality improvement, coach staff, and collaborate with Center Managers to deliver the highest level of service and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience.
• Minimum 1 year lead or supervisory experience in a customer-facing organization.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front office operations across AltaMed sites.
• Develop and implement standardized front office policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Administrative & Medical leadership to improve patient care processes.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations, reporting to center leadership.

Job Overview

The Front Office Supervisorisre sp o n s i b l e f or l e a d i n g a n d m a n a g ing f ro n t o f f i c e o p e r a t i o n s a c r o s s AltaMed sites.The Supervisor develops and implements quality, cost-effective, efficient systems and protocols for standardizing processes of patient carebypar t n e r i n g w i t hAdministrative & Medical leadership. The Supervisor is responsible for the assessment, development and implementation of standardized Front Office operations, policies and procedures ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency. The Supervisor effectively communicates with leadership on all process improvement projects. Works in collaboration with Center Managers and the Manager of Nursing ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient experience.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years Healthcare experience required.

• Minimum of 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience in customer facing organization required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.

• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

$72,841.60 - $87,409.92 annually
