Nevada Heart is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to greet patients and manage front-desk responsibilities in a healthcare setting. You will schedule appointments based on doctor availability, explain intake forms, and handle payments after treatment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with experience in a medical office preferred. Proficiency in AthenaOne or similar EMR and Microsoft 365 is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer questions or refer to the appropriate team member.
• Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction through scheduling.
• Notify Medical Assistants of patient arrivals.
• Comfort patients by addressing anxieties and questions.
• Maintain office inventory and coordinate with colleagues.
• Coordinate with Physicians' Billing Office and meet KPIs.
