Women's Health Arizona is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, check in/out, schedule appointments and verify insurance. You will support front desk operations and patient communications with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare admin, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with EHR systems. A high school diploma is required; healthcare certifications are a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or healthcare certification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service or administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer software, EHR systems and office equipment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out, updating demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule patient appointments, referrals, and diagnostic tests; confirm via phone, email, or text.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries; relay messages to providers and staff.
• Perform general administrative tasks and maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
