Job summary

Sagis Diagnostics, a physician-led pathology group in Houston, seeks a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist. This onsite role supports visitors, handles calls, and coordinates communications with physicians and management.

You will manage schedules, conference rooms, and office logistics in a fast-paced medical setting. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of medical office experience and strong MS Office skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Typing test with a minimum score of 40 WPM is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors professionally and provide general support to visitors.
• Answer and direct phone calls and faxes.
• Coordinate requests from Sagis Clients, Sales Representatives, and Leadership.
• Organize and schedule appointments and maintain conference rooms.
• Receive, send, and distribute mails and packages as needed.
