Sagis Diagnostics, a physician-led pathology group in Houston, TX, seeks a Full-Time Billing Customer Service Representative to support patient and payer communications in a busy medical office. Onsite schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, in the Houston facility.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong phone skills, and timely billing processing across multiple clinical systems. Candidates with 1–3 years in medical billing and high-school education are preferred.

Qualifications

• High-school or equivalent degree required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a patient-facing medical facility or practice required.
• 1-3 years in Medical Billing experience preferred; pathology lab billing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer service to patients, clients, insurance companies and medical facilities.
• Excellent telephone communication and data entry while speaking with patients.
• Maintain record accuracy, follow up, and revise billing in the system as needed.
• Process patient payments and work in multiple clinical systems simultaneously.
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as needed.
