Avenue360 Health and Wellness is seeking a Front Desk Specialist for our Spring/Cypress location in Houston, TX. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming patients and guiding them through check-in and scheduling processes.

Required is a high school diploma or GED with 1 year in healthcare or administrative roles. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and experience with EHR and scheduling software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with EHR systems and scheduling software preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare, customer service or administrative setting.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and serve as first point of contact.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and walk-ins.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility prior to visits.
• Answer phones and document communications.
• Maintain front-office appearance and confidentiality.
• Support cross-coverage and adapt to changing priorities.
