Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred
• High school diploma required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Reliable, professional, courteous and patient

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain visitor log and follow ID policy as required.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about facilities and services.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and clerical support as needed.
• Support staff with moving between departments and routing visitors within the site.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
