Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Receptionist to route calls, greet visitors, and support front-desk operations. You will manage messages, assist with room bookings, and help coordinate patient experiences in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role participates in the TB screening program and requires a friendly, detail-oriented team player who can multitask and maintain organized records. 40 hours weekly, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Passionate about contributing to patient experiences and care.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Accommodate visitors and issue visitor passes.
• Maintain visitor logs and respond to routine inquiries.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and manage messages.
• Support booking meeting rooms and distributing mail.
