Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong customer service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Route incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
• Attend to visitors and ensure they are attended to promptly.
• Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointments; confirm patient visits.
• Handle rescheduling and no-show follow-up.
• Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, maintain visitor records.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, processing mail, and general office tasks.
