Catalyst Physician Group in North Euless, TX is seeking a Front Office Representative I to welcome patients and manage check-ins. You will use the EHR to register patients, collect demographics, and handle co-pays with accuracy.

You will answer phones, schedule visits, and coordinate rescheduling while maintaining a tidy, compliant reception area and delivering excellent customer service daily.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in a customer-facing or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients warmly and professionally and consistently create a positive patient experience.
• Check patients in and out using the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Answer phones and direct messages appropriately.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate rescheduling as needed.
• Collect and verify insurance information, demographics, and co-pays.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Provide general administrative support to the office team and uphold HIPAA regulations.
