Advanced Rehab Center of Tustin is seeking a Per Diem Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers in our Santa Ana facility. You will greet guests, answer phones, and direct inquiries while supporting admissions and general office tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, basic computer skills (Word/Excel), and a courteous, professional demeanor. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for our diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Entry level or 3+ years in customer service.
• Proficient with computer skills, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and phone etiquette.
• Handle multi-line phone, copier, mailing equipment, 10-key calculator, and shipping.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and answer telephones, directing callers appropriately.
• Provide general administrative support to the facility and admissions.
• Assist with administrator/business office tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the company mission.
