Transformation Health & Wellness PC in Anaheim, CA is hiring a part-time medical receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage messages in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office or medical receptionist experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, warm, and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage patient messages.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient information.
• Collect payments and process transactions.
• Maintain electronic medical records and complete administrative paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Keep the reception area organized and professional.
• Assist with general administrative duties and patient follow-up.
