Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of accounts receivable management and basic accounting procedures.
• Experience with healthcare billing and regulatory compliance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage accounts receivable, especially 90+ aging, and ensure timely collections.
• Supervise Business Office staff and conduct regular meetings.
• Coordinate Medicare Part A/B processes and appeals as needed.
• Prepare daily deposits, month-end reports, and reconciliations.
• Maintain resident trust accounts and 1099 processing; ensure accuracy.
