Job summary

The Blossoms in Pine Bluff, AR seeks a Business Office Manager to oversee all business office functions within our long-term care facility. You will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, resident trust funds, and ensure financial systems are accurate and compliant.

This role requires long-term care experience and a high school diploma (associate degree in business preferred). You will lead the business office team, coordinate with administration, and handle Medicare/Medicaid processes

Qualifications

• Long term care experience required.
• High School diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in AR management within health care preferred.
• Must communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounts receivable and other billing functions for residents.
• Manages accounts payable and resident trust funds.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
• Generates month-end reports and coordinates with corporate level staff.
• Leads business office staff and conducts regular meetings.
• Maintains Medicare/Medicaid processing and timely deposits.
