Job summary

Sidecar Health is recruiting a Field Support Representative to be the face of Sidecar Health for members across the Columbus, OH area. This role splits time between remote member care and in-person visits to client worksites, helping members understand benefits and access care.

The position is remote-first with regular local travel; compensation is $54,000 per year plus equity and full benefits. You’ll support client groups, work with HR teams, and travel to sites across Ohio as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable personal transportation and comfort with travel (up to 30%), with longer trips up to ~3 hours driving one way.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability to meet members where and when they need you.

Responsibilities

• Visit client groups onsite across Ohio, providing in-person support to members navigating Sidecar Health plans.
• Serve as the go-to in-person resource for client groups after enrollment and during periods of higher need.
• Partner with the Account Management team to build strong relationships with HR contacts at client groups.
• Handle day-to-day member care remotely - calls, chats, emails - with fast, friendly, effective service.
• Build genuine rapport with members so every interaction feels personal, not transactional.
