Qualifications

• Able to educate members on Sidecar Health best practices.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites across Ohio to assist members with navigating Sidecar Health plans.
• Provide in-person support for client groups after enrollment and during escalated periods.
• Assist Account Management by building relationships with HR contacts at client groups.
• Answer calls, web chats and emails with timely, friendly service.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with members to ensure a memorable experience.
