Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Cary, NC is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to partner with customers, internal support, and field staff to plan and deliver service for diagnostic equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and patient care.

You will schedule field resources, manage time-sensitive workloads, align activities with contracts, and drive world-class customer experience with 24/7 support. Previous experience in fast-paced customer environments and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a customer relationship role in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Manage competing priorities while achieving KPIs and maintaining quality.
• Experience communicating ideas to internal teams and customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships while resolving problems.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage time and prioritize by impact and criticality.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and service delivery of field resources to complete reactive and proactive service activities.
• Ensure operational availability of the customer’s diagnostic and testing equipment for quality patient care.
• Direct large teams to complete highly variable work streams and minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Deliver world-class customer experience by providing 24/7 support and timely scheduling of service events.
• Report to the Zone Operations Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer success.
