The position includes managing resources, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Installation, and Product Support to optimize service and maintenance at Siemens client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and local language (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Implements and enforces service operations strategies, policies, and processes.
• Directs coordination of technical and administrative support incl. repair, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Manages customer relations and vendor credentialing for client sites.
• Analyzes operations, allocates resources, and develops training needs.
• Maintains records, budgets, and financial performance for the service area.
