Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a proactive professional to own the E2E planning for allocating and deploying field resources in a dynamic environment. You will ensure commitments are met while optimizing resource utilization and will manage customer communications for all service events.

The role emphasizes prioritization, change management, and strong collaboration with field teams. Hybrid work arrangement is expected in Cary, NC, with standard business hours and a focus on delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• SAP knowledge preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and internal partners.
• Ability to manage complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance.
• Independent worker capable of handling complex, less clearly defined issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Change agent mindset with integrity and customer focus.
• Self-starter with initiative and ownership.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the E2E planning for allocation and deployment of field resources.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments while optimizing resource use.
• Own customer communications E2E for all service events.
• Navigate complex discussions with customers when scheduling appointments.
• Manage prioritization aligning with customer commitments.
• Deploy field resources and coordinate with field management with strong influencing skills.
• Manage capacity planning to meet cyclical demand.
• Solve problems by reprioritizing activities in a dynamic environment.
