Job summary

You will work with internal technical support and field personnel, enabling 24/7 coverage and strong patient-focused service delivery while managing competing priorities and maintaining professional integrity across teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer relationship role in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while achieving KPIs and maintaining quality.
• Experience communicating ideas to internal teams and customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive relationships while resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and service delivery of field resources to complete reactive and proactive service activities.
• Deploy resources within the service organization to align with contractual agreements and minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Provide 24/7 customer support and ensure timely scheduling of service events.
• Report to the Zone Operations Manager and work with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
