The position supports residential, clinical, and administrative facilities, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4 years of general maintenance experience (residential, commercial, or healthcare setting preferred).
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in CPR/first aid training.
• Knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and respond to emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Use CMMS (Axxerion) to receive, document, and close work orders.
• Complete PM tasks from CMMS schedules and record checks.
• Maintain asset accuracy in CMMS, update locations, serial numbers, and warranty info.
• Manage parts usage and basic inventory in CMMS; request replenishment when needed.
• Coordinate with Home Managers and staff supervisors to minimize disruption.
• Perform repairs and installations on counters, cabinets, walls, doors, and trim.
• Assist with HVAC filtration, basic troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage on a rotating basis.
• Assist with planning capital projects and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Support fire safety systems and OSHA/regulatory compliance.
• Keep tools, vehicles, and inventory up to date.
