Job summary

CBRE HV seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain healthcare facilities, performing preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and building systems. You will schedule work orders, assist with equipment installations, and support energy management while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The role runs Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with occasional weekend rotation, requiring a valid driver's license and reliability in maintaining safe, efficient facilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders) and lift 50 lbs+.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for code and safety compliance.
• Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
