Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant responsible for managing tools, equipment and bench stock, performing preventive maintenance inspections, and ensuring safety standards are met. Provides 24-hour emergency maintenance and reports emergencies while following established safety protocols.

Education requirement is a HS diploma/GED with 1–3 years of related maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license with personal vehicle insurance is preferred, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Must maintain proficiency in company sponsored training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates work orders with Home Managers and other staff supervisors to minimize interference with operations.
• Builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, walls, building framework, and trim.
• Paints interior and exterior walls and trim; installs windows, doors, and partitions.
• Installs items such as window shades, blinds, curtain rods, fans, lights, and door locks; replaces damaged tiles and wall coverings.
• Ensures compliance with building codes.
