Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on residential homes, facilities, and equipment. You will work under the Maintenance Manager across residential, clinical, and administrative spaces, applying carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety knowledge to ensure safe operations.

The role uses Axxerion CMMS for work orders, asset records, and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance experience (residential, commercial, or healthcare setting preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance (where required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in company-sponsored training and certifications (e.g., CPR, first aid).
• Knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and respond to emergencies effectively.
• Effective communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, inspectors, and individuals served.
• Competency in estimating project costs and managing work within budget.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance, and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• CMMS (Axxerion) use: receive, prioritize, and complete work orders with accurate records.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks from CMMS schedules with checklists and readings.
• Maintain asset accuracy: tag equipment, update locations, serial numbers, and warranties.
• Manage parts usage and basic inventory updates; request replenishment as needed.
• Use mobile app/tablet for real-time updates; escalate issues and trigger vendor dispatches.
• Attach permits, photos, logs; follow naming conventions and SOPs.
• Meet CMMS data-quality standards and timelines; participate in training and improvements.
