Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge including boilers, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Leadership ability to coordinate with staff and directors.
• Experience or desire in healthcare facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Operations by planning and performing routine maintenance.
• Maintain safety and compliance of fire alarms, HVAC, electrical, and water systems.
• Manage equipment and supplies, document inventory and repairs as needed.
• Keep facilities clean, safe, and coordinate preventive maintenance visits.
