Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a construction project manager to coordinate planning and execution of facility projects from small improvements to large capital builds. You will support all phases of the lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, bidding, construction, inspections and closeout with a focus on patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 2 years of construction project management experience or more.
• Michigan driver’s license (State MI).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of small to large construction projects and regulatory interactions.
• Develop preliminary budgets, bid packages, change orders and cost tracking.
• Develop RFPs, negotiate terms, manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Create work plans, schedules, and monitor progress with the design/construction team.
