Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate planning and execution of facility projects ranging from small improvements to large capital builds.

You will support all phases of the project lifecycle—planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, bidding, construction, inspections and closeout—collaborating with design teams, customers and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, construction management or related field with experience.
• 2+ years in construction project management; or more as applicable.
• Valid driver's license for state of Michigan.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all phases of small to large construction projects with design team and client.
• Develop preliminary budgets and cost packages from drawings.
• Process change orders and payments with contractors.
• Manage project plans, schedules and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance & client satisfaction throughout.
