Corewell Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate planning and implementation of facility projects ranging from small improvements to large capital initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of construction project management experience.
• Michigan Driver's License valid in-state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of small to large construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop preliminary budgets and cost estimates; prepare change orders.
• Prepare RFPs, negotiate terms, and manage contracts with external contractors.
• Create project schedules, lead meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
