Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• 2 years or less experience in building maintenance or facilities project coordination preferred in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from ideation through closeout and coordinate capital and design development approvals.
• Develop master schedules and detailed work plans for each project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including planning, estimating, construction, furniture, and equipment.
