Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan and execute facilities projects of varying size, from small improvements to major capital builds. You will support all phases of the project lifecycle—planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, bidding, construction, inspections, and closeout.

Collaborating with the design team, customers, and stakeholders, you will manage budgets, develop RFPs, review contracts, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 2+ years of construction project management experience.
• MI driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop preliminary budgets and bid packages; price out change orders.
• Develop RFPs, LOIs, negotiate terms, and manage contracts with outside contractors.
• Lead project plans, schedules, and coordination with design team and stakeholders.
